1. Introduction
Welcome to Carvoy, India’s trusted car transportation service provider. By accessing our website (www.carvoy.in) or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
2. Service Overview
Carvoy specializes in the professional transportation of all types of cars, including hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, luxury cars, and electric vehicles. We provide secure, timely, and hassle-free car transport across India through our extensive logistics network.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- Customers can request a quote and book our services via our website or customer support.
- Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or full payment as per the agreed terms.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Net Banking.
- Any additional charges due to changes in delivery location, transit delays due to force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances must be paid by the customer.
4. Vehicle Preparation & Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth transportation process, customers must:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (Carvoy is not liable for any loss of personal items left in the car).
- Ensure the car is in operational condition (if not, notify us in advance for special handling arrangements).
- Disable any GPS tracking systems or alarm systems that may interfere with transport.
- Hand over one set of keys to our team during pickup.
5. Transit & Delivery Conditions
- Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of booking but may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Carvoy ensures that all vehicles are transported with utmost care using specialized carriers.
- Customers must be present (or assign an authorized representative) at the drop-off location to inspect and receive the vehicle.
- Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
6. Transit Insurance & Liability
- Carvoy provides transit insurance coverage (optional) for vehicles in case of accidental damage during transportation.
- Customers can opt for additional insurance coverage if required.
- Carvoy is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, riots, accidents beyond our control, or internal mechanical failures of the car during transit.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Carvoy is not responsible for:
- Delays due to road closures, weather conditions, or legal restrictions.
- Damage caused due to poor vehicle conditions, pre-existing issues, or mechanical failures.
- Loss of personal belongings left inside the car.
